Secretary's Award for an Outstanding School Initiative

At The Hills School, we love learning and strive hard every day to be innovative in our teaching practice and programs. All our staff are committed improving their methods of supporting all students in achieving their personal best. This week, we are thrilled to have received two prestigious awards at this year's 2018 Minister's and Secretary's Awards for Excellence. Assistant Principal, Vita Williams received a Minister's Award for Excellence in Teaching. Vita is an outstanding educational practitioner who has dedicated over 34 years to be the wonderful profession of teaching. Congratulations Vita! In addition, The Hills School received the Secretary's Award for an Outstanding School Initiative for our work on The Communication Passport. The award ceremony was held at The Sydney Town Hall this week and we had the pleasure of attending this wonderful event with Vita Williams, P&C President Michelle Gough and professional partner Ylana Bloom.
