Incorporating physical activity into school life

'Active Kids Learn Better' and 'Active Kids are Healthy Happy Kids'. Students at The Hills School are having so much fun participateing in soccer training and basketball training at lunch break for an hour on Monday and Thursday. Our school has received Sporting School grant this term. Thanks for Western Sydney Wanderers Football Association and West Sydney Wolves Basketball Association providing us coaches to teach our students how to play soccer and basketball. It is such an enjoyable and wonderful physical activity time to all of us. Physical activity energisers to assist with concentration, health and wellbeing.
