Bell times

Our school day is structured around a clear timetable. We have set times for learning sessions, activities and lunch. Understanding the bell times helps students get the most out of each part of the day.

It's important for students to arrive on time each day. If your child is running late, please contact our front office.

Pickup Procedures

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our students please note the following pickup procedures.

Pickup by Non-Parents:

If a student is being collected by someone other than their parent or guardian, parents should contact our front office. It is essential that the person picking up the student signs them out at the front office. At afternoon collection this should be done before proceeding to the front gate. This step helps us keep a clear record of who is collecting each child and ensures that all students are leaving with authorised individuals.

School Day Transitions – late arrivals and early departures:

Any variation to routine should be notified through the front office and/or the student communication diary. Please be aware that there are specific times during the school day when student collection from the office is not possible. These periods are particularly busy, making it difficult for staff to support students transitioning to the office for collection. To avoid disruption and ensure safety, we ask that you plan to drop off or collect your child outside of these periods.

Avoid these times:

• 10:50am – 11:25am
• 12:50pm – 1:55pm
• From 2:35pm onwards (pickup at front gate from 2.50pm as per usual afternoon procedures)
