Relieving Principal's Message
Dear Parents and Carers,
Tell Them From Me Survey
This term, our school is participating in the Tell Them From Me surveys. A parent survey forms a speci c part of this survey suite. Could I please encourage as many parents and carers as possible to complete the short online survey. The information gained helps provide our school with important parent feedback and experiences. This information received helps our school to make informed and practical decisions. Thank you to those who have already given some of their time to complete the survey. Teachers’ Day Australia
In New South Wales, World Teachers’ Day is officially celebrated in the last Friday of October. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the teaching sta at The Hills School for their ongoing commitment, dedication and care. The professionalism of the teachers, their skill and willingness to learn and adapt is greatly appreciated and valued. I am sure that I speak for everyone, when I say ‘thank you’ to all the teachers for the wonderful job they do each day in helping students to thrive and achieve their personal best.
Upcoming Events
The Hills School is a vibrant and busy school community with a number of important things occurring in the coming weeks. We are very much looking forward to our Year 12 Graduation Event next Wednesday evening. We will have the opportunity to congratulate our six, Year 12 graduates on successfully completing their time at school and celebrate with their families at a formal function. We are also in the beginning stages of welcoming and orienting new students and families to The Hills School, ready to start with us in 2024. Teachers are also in the process of gathering and collating important information and writing Semester 2 reports to help capture the learning success and achievement of our students. These important reports will be shared with families later in the term. Thank you to parents and carers for your ongoing partnership as we teach and support our wonderful students.
